PERSONAL STATEMENT
Jay Bequette is admitted to numerous areas of practice before multiple state and federal courts throughout the United States. Since he began practicing law in 1987, Jay has tried over 60 jury trials to verdict in federal and state courts throughout the country. He has tried hundreds of bench trials to verdict and successfully negotiated millions of dollars in settlements.

When out of the office, Jay enjoys golfing, weightlifting, and fly-fishing. He has been married to his wife Cindy since 1987 and has three sons: Jake, Sam, and Joe.
