​BBK was founded in 1980 and is based in Little Rock, Arkansas, but has clients in all four corners of the state, and in some cases, in other states across the U.S. Over the past decade our practice has expanded to include a large education law practice, with our representation of school districts and education cooperatives. Our firm also maintains a municipal law practice, representing public entities and boards across the state.

 

Since our start, the firm’s principal focus has remained civil litigation and business representation, and we pride ourselves in being able to represent our clients from its business formation, through litigation, and all the way through an appeal, if necessary.

 

BBK understands that it is in the service business, which means that we are fully dedicated to serving the needs of our clients. The firm’s singular goal is to provide the highest quality legal representation in the most reasonable and cost-effective manner.
